About The Role As Reliability Manager, you'll lead the reliability and asset management strategy for our new Ballarat site, playing a key role in setting up systems, processes, and supplier relationships that will define how the site runs for years to come. You'll be hands-on, someone who enjoys being on the floor, understanding how things work, and solving problems in real time. With a smaller team and highly advanced equipment, this role is about working smart, not just hard. You'll help commission new assets, optimise performance, and embed wholistic reliability practices that support long-term success. The suitable candidate will possess: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management or a related discipline Experience in advanced manufacturing environments, ideally involving ingredient or food production, with a strong focus on asset performance optimisation and reliability processes A background in maintenance management, with a proven ability to set up and embed new maintenance programs and asset management systems Familiarity with control systems and a solid understanding of how data and KPIs drive performance A profile that leans toward electrical but also with a good grasp of mechanical concepts Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships with local suppliers and collaborate across teams What's on offer at Mauri?
